OAR's offices in Grand Haven are located in suite 220 at Washington Place (700 Washington Ave.). Services provided at this location include individual therapy, group therapy, intensive outpatient therapy, family therapy, driver license assessments, and attorney and employer requested assessments.

Our main office complex in Holland is located at 483 Century Lane, one block West of U.S. 31 between 16th Street and 24th Street. Services provided at this this location include individual therapy, group therapy, intensive outpatient therapy, family therapy, driver license assessments, and attorney and employer requested assessments. Alcohol Highway Safety Classes and Victim's Impact Panels are also offered through this location.
